The only one with an interior
Floors grow with the company. People sit at their desks, and your desk holds the day's decisions.
Run a company in a persistent, shared world where one game day is one calendar day. The laws, taxes and deadlines are real. The companies, the people and the rivals belong to the game.
Inside: a table, two chairs and the contract in the middle.
VAT is filed when it is really due. Your company's anniversary falls on its real anniversary.
When the law changes in the official gazette, it changes in the game on the day it takes effect.
Cement or software, a café or a bank: the same building blocks, with different weights.
Click a value and see the entries, the rules and the data that produced it.
If everything came from the real world, the game would be a dashboard. If nothing did, it would be just another tycoon game. In-game prices follow real ones and drift with what players do, within limits.
Calendar, laws and rates, tax deadlines, central bank interest rates, exchange rates. Nobody touches them.
Energy, raw materials, inflation, market wages, demand. Reality sets the base and the game drifts from it.
Companies, products, prices between companies, market shares, brands, the stock exchange and the in-game newspaper.
The world closes at six in the morning, and everything you decided runs at that close. When you open the game there are few decisions, but heavy ones, each with a deadline, a cost and someone on the other side.

What you decided runs
Accepting costs €4,032 a year. Losing the client costs €50,400.
Matching costs €3,465 a year. Promoting her costs €1,732.50.
They want your payroll account. You save up to €200 a year.
Example: Ferro & Código, Lda, a software company in Vila Nova de Famalicão, on world day 177.
What you do at the bank has nothing to do with what you do at a client. You walk into a building and know where you are without reading the title.
Floors grow with the company. People sit at their desks, and your desk holds the day's decisions.
Talking to your account manager is a button, not a chat.
One tab per tax, with the article of law next to every number.
One person across from you, the contract in the middle and arguments you add or take away.
Sharp where you know, blurred where you don't. You pay to see better.
This is where the alliance chat lives and where lunch invitations arrive.
Tax office, Social Security and town hall. Public tenders come from here.
Two floors for nine people. The third is drawn in dashed lines and opens when you reach 13.
Each one has a file: salary, morale and risk of leaving. Inês earns less than Sofia, and Norte knows it.
Today's three: Têxteis, Inês and the bank. They run at the 06:00 close.
What is public is sharp. The rest costs money and may be wrong. Try it: the budget doesn't cover everything.
With companies in several cities, each one brings its own law, its own tax and its own time. The times below are real, right now, and the windows light up when it is night there.
Ferro & Código, Lda · level 3, two floors
Ferro & Código España, S.L. · level 1, one module
Ferro & Code LLC · level 0, registration only
Next: each city's real weather, with data from IPMA, AEMET and the National Weather Service. If it rains there, it rains in the game.

The same pieces in every city: only the terrain, the time and the weather change.
There are no company types: each sector combines the same blocks with different weights. And each country is a complete legal system.

Reference values. Each country is validated with professionals before it enters the game, starting with Portugal.
Being the most complete means more coherent interactions between a few systems. Real states have already designed thousands of them; what is missing is simulating them well.
Porto or Texas, debt or dilution. No strategy always wins.
Five screens for a one-person company, fifty for a multinational.
Every number explains itself and every rule links to the article of law.
Bureaucracy shows up as time, money and risk.
The candidate answers tomorrow and VAT is due in three weeks.
Standing orders and directors keep the company running.
They remember what you did to them and team up against you.
The game names its stories, like a twenty-year rivalry.
Coordination costs, competition and succession.
No real money, no crypto, no pay-to-win.
We move by milestones, not dates. A phase only ends when it proves what it has to prove.
